Due to the overwhelming requests for information from the OSA, it is imperative that communication be efficient. For this reason, it is important that you contact the appropriate person regarding your query.

Your first point of contact should always be the District Association or League.

The OSA policies are approved by the OSA’s Board of Directors. Click here for a list of Board members. To contact an OSA Board member, you can send your letter to:

The OSA staff is responsible for the organization’s operations. However, they should only be contacted if your query cannot be processed by the District Association contact or League contact.

The OSA committees are responsible for developing program policy which is approved by the OSA Board.
