Hudson Travel Group makes choosing a hotel an efficient and easy process. You have the ability to select a hotel as well as access maps, driving directions, tourist attractions, restaurants and much more.

1. Simply click Hotel Information and you will be prompted to enter your email address (twice to ensure accuracy).
2. A priority access form will automatically appear. Fill in the required information as prompted and hit send.
3. If you are attending more then one event, please mention which events within the Notes and Comments section.
4. HTG will then email you back with access to the city(s) that you have selected.
5. From there you will be able to view, choose and book your team's hotel for the event you are attending.

In addition, once your hotel is confirmed you will have access to maps & driving directions, online management of your team rooming list and the ability to easily share hotel information with all team members.
