DISCIPLINE & APPEALS
The OSA maintains documents to facilitate and support the various elements of Discipline, Appeals and Dispute Resolution. All policies and procedures pertaining to matters in the areas of Discipline, Appeals and Dispute Resolution which fall under the jurisdiction of the Ontario Soccer Association can be found in this section. Please be reminded that your first point of contact should be your local District Association.

DISCIPLINE & APPEALS CERTIFICATION
The OSA offers a Level 1 Discipline & Appeals Certification Course. This course is a 1 day (8 hour) course, lead by an OSA appointed Instructor. Participants are educated on the OSA's Policies and Procedures in the areas of Discipline & Appeals and end the day with a cumulative course exam. Successful participants become Certified Discipline Chairs. District Associations interested in hosting a Discipline & Appeals Certification Course should send a formal request with 3 potential dates to appealcasemanager@soccer.on.ca
