The OSA Annual General Meeting
The Ontario Soccer Association convenes its Annual General Meeting in April of each year. The AGM is a meeting of the Member organizations which has occurred in every year since 1901 except for some some of the war years when The Association suspended its operations. The AGM is held in various communities and in recent years, it has been held in Hamilton, Toronto, Ottawa, Markham and Cambridge.
The 2012 Annual General Meeting is being held on Sunday, April 29 at the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites, 5875 Airport Road, Mississauga, and will begin at 9:00 a.m., with registration at 8:00 a.m.
At the AGM, the Member organizations receive reports for the past year's activities including the Auditor's Report; consider approval of amendments to the By-Laws, and elect Officers and District Representatives to the OSA's Board of Directors. This year, there are no proposed amendments to the By-Laws. The following reports are circulated at the Annual General Meeting:

The positions up for election at the AGM in Toronto are President, Treasurer and two of the Director-At-Large positions. The other Director positions being elected this year are the District Representatives for Durham Region, Elgin Middlesex, Essex County, Niagara, North York, Peel Halton, Sault Amateur, Soccer Northeastern Ontario, Southeast Ontario and York Region.
