OSA Board Meeting
In addition to its meeting on the day prior to each Annual General Meeting, the OSA's Board of Directors meets four times per annum. The OSA Board is comprised of seven Officer positions (President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and three Directors-At-Large) and a District Representative from each of the twenty-one District Associations.
At its meetings, the Board considers approval of RFD's (approving new policies or updating current policies), RTD's (granting permission for District Associations, Leagues and Clubs to deviate from OSA rules) and Proposals (dealing with sundry matters which require OSA Board approval). At the Board meeting prior to the AGM, the Board also reviews all documents and reports being received by the Member organizations at the AGM.
The OSA Board Meeting is scheduled for Friday, April 27, 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
