WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

If you're reading this then chances are you're who we need!

The OSA is at the start of a long journey and it needs people with passion, commitment and a willingness to work collaboratively for the good of the game. Often we find these people have taken up leadership roles as Club Board Members and Presidents as Team Coaches or Managers. They're our District Association Staff and Boards, Learning Facilitators and Referees. If you fall into one of these groups we'd value your time and input to help make this game better:

• District and Club Presidents / Board representatives

• District and Club Technical Directors or Club Head Coaches

• District and Club Administrators

• League management / administrators

These decisions will effect everyone - a true paradigm shift - so if you're an advocate of the game and want to help in this transition we'd like you to be there too. Provide your ideas and solutions to Long Term Player Development Implementation in Ontario.
