A published rule includes any Statute, By-Law, Constitution, Rule, Regulation, Policy, Procedure, or Law that is adopted by a Governing Organization.
The OSA's published rules are divided into two categories:
- Governance Rules
- Playing Rules
Governance rules pertain to the "administration of the game" in Ontario while playing rules deal specificaly with the "playing of the game" on the field or playing area.
