Mr. Andre Waugh is an experienced educator and football coach who currently serves as a Concacaf Development Manager for the Caribbean. In his role at Concacaf, Waugh supports many of the confederation’s initiatives on coach education, grassroots football, and technical leadership development. Prior to joining Concacaf, Waugh lectured at the Caribbean School of Sport Sciences in the Faculty of Science and Sport at the University of Technology, Jamaica.

He served as the Fitness Trainer of Jamaica’s National Football Team “Reggae Boyz” from 2010-2017. Over the period, his long list of accomplishments includes qualification to the Under 17 World Cup in 2011, winning the Caribbean Cup in 2010 & 2014, a second-place finish at the 2015 Concacaf Gold Cup, and participating twice in the Copa America.  

Andre Waugh graduated from the International School of Physical Education and Sport in Cuba and the University of Glasgow, where he completed an MSc in Sport and Exercise & Medicine. He is currently pursuing his EdD in Educational Leadership at Delaware State University. 

He is married and has an eight-year-old daughter and a one-year-old son. His personal mantra remains "To live, to love, to learn and to leave a legacy"
